The frame of the laser machine is welded by an automatic welding equipment. A plus point of the machine is that it has a uniform welding seam, that makes the frame harder to deform under stress.
The parts of the frame are welded and formed by an automatic welding equipment. In this, the welding seam is more uniform. Additionally, the residual stress after welding is eliminated through vibration stress relief, thereby helping the frame finally achieve high rigidity.
The laser machine supports up to 200 kinds of workpieces, 40 steps of programming, and workpiece programming storage and recall. Additionally, technical support such as system maintenance and upgrade to achieve strong performance of the machine is also provided.
The mold of the laser machine can be installed on both sides of the clamp quickly, suitable for processing various complex workpieces and saving mold costs.
