Automatic loading & unloading system
Sheet metals are automatically loaded to exchange platforms and finished products are stacked to pallets to minimize work intensity and save labour costs.
The loading is highly efficient to greatly improve cutting efficiency, save non-productive duration and lower energy consumption.
With digital operation and safe handling, sheet metals are well protected from scratching and finished products will be at higher quality.
Sheet metals are detected intelligently, and only one sheet will be loaded at a time. The sheet is subject to accurate measurement of thickness and put on different pallets.
A set of automatic loading & unloading system can simultaneously serve for several cutting machines to make efficient production possible. Except for reduction in energy consumption, the utilization of workshop will also be enhanced.
